Blusta Pale Ale

(18B) - American Pale Ale

Loaded with a blend of citrus aroma hops, this medium-bodied Pale Ale starts out with notes of lemon and apricot, and finishes with stone fruit esters complimented by a generous Citra dry hop. The malt base, featuring various crystal malts and flaked oats, keeps it grounded. 

4.8% ABV, 23 IBU. 

7PM IPA 

(21A) - American IPA

Simcoe and chinook hops are a match made in heaven. At least we think so. Fruit esters abound from the specially-selected yeast strain. Double dry-hopping wraps this IPA in a delicious bow. Be careful with this one as it's so drinkable, even at 6.2% ABV, you might end up in bed early. 

6.2% ABV, 29 IBU

Short Cut IPA

(21A) - American IPA

Galaxy hops are one of the hallmarks of the NEIPA style, and this beer sets out to prove this. Double-dry-hopped with Galaxy and a touch of Amarillo, and balanced out with golden promise and caramel 10 malts for a touch of honey or toffee sweetness. 

5.8% ABV, 28 IBU

Snowblower Espresso Milk Stout

(16A) - Sweet Stout

Our neighborhood has a tradition - snowblow around your house and then meet up in a neighbors driveway. We knock back a few, and catch up on events which occurred since winter hibernation began. Our snowblower is the perfect refreshment for standing in a driveway with neighbors, shooting the shy while it's friggen cold outside. 

6.3% ABV, 35 IBU. 

Baltic Sea Pirate Vanilla Barrel Porter

30A - Spice, Herb, Vegetable Beer

A midnight-black Baltic Porter, with a robust malt profile featuring black and chocolate malts, and aged on oak cubes and Madagascar vanilla beans, and perfectly balanced with willamette hops. This medium-bodied delight will be a perfect addition to any campfire or cold night in front of a wood stove. 

5.8% ABV, 55 IBU. 

Hefeweizen

(10A) - Weissbier

Our hefeweizen was dreamed up as close to a traditional offering as possible, meant to showcase the broad reaches of that wonderful organism, Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Pronounced, but not overbearing, notes of banana and clove will delight while the wheat malt base keeps things neat, fluffy and organized. 

4.7% ABV, 14 IBU.
